With a growing legion of fans on both the pop and urban music formats, recording artist, B.Reith has released a new mix tape that will solidify his position as one of music’s most promising artists. His new project, How The Story Continues offers a showcase of B.Reith’s musical dexterity at delivering everything from singing silky pop ballads to edgy, rap rhymes on full blast and it confirms what music aficionados already know – that he’s one of the most exciting artist on the music landscape today.
Featuring collaborations with well-known artists and producers like, Wit (producer of Lecrae’s “Church Clothes”), Theory Hazit, Dre Murray, Knine, Promise, and upcoming rapper, Isaiah Tate, B. Reith’s new mixtape picks up where his last full-length CD, How the Story Ends left off by delving deeper into hip hop music. The project also features an acoustic cello-beat box remix track from producer Kevin "K.O." Olusola, from the mainstream accapella group, Pentatonix. “For whatever reason I am in the season of hip hop, so I have got to get this stuff out,” he says. “My music has been embraced very well by urban music audiences, so I wanted to give them something to connect with these new fans.”

Currently preparing for two nationwide tours: the Move Tour with Jessica Reedy, Da’ Truth and The Ambassador that begins in mid-July, and the Synergy Tour with Mali Music, which will run through the fall, B. Reith is a busy man who is deeply commitment to entertaining his growing fan base. He says, “I am going to be hitting it hard for a while and squeezing it for everything its worth.”
B. Reith has injected a dose of optimism in a world that’s taken its share of punches with the release of his video, The Comeback Kid. Yes, the summer has found its anthem and the downtrodden have found their rallying cry in Reith’s latest, an autobiographical tale of perseverance in the face of opposition. Directed by Donald Kilgore for Figtree Collective, the video features Reith in a boxing ring, dropping rhymes as fast as punches against pulsing programming before unleashing his silky tenor in a chorus that will have you singing all day.
Reith (pronounced RYE-TH) awakens the comeback kid in all of us with the story of his exploits in an industry that struggled to understand an artist with his musical diversity. “I don’t have a niche,” Reith says. “Stylistically, I just want to make good music that connects with people. That’s my standard. My goal is to be as authentic to the way God wired me as possible, and not let some identity or stamp keep me from being myself. I sing and rap and love great chords and great stories.”
In fact, he’s decidedly over the formula for industry success, and with this comeback he is finding fresh ways to connect directly with his fans, including live calls and chats to hear their own comeback stories. He’s as energized as ever and is wholly committed to making those personal connections with his growing numbers of fans.
When considering ways to illustrate the message of The Comeback Kid in a video, manager Calvin Nowell immediately visualized the boxing motif, and the rhythm of the sport matches the song perfectly. The 2-day shoot in Houston captured the entire band performing the song in a ring, Reith rapping through a press conference, and a cameo appearance by Nowell. Astute listeners will hear more music and pop-culture references in a single verse than in most artists’ entire catalogs.
Reith has known considerable success in the video format before, with a six month run of the video for Go On in American Eagle stores. There’s also more to come during this comeback. Look for a stunning video for Antidote later this summer, and continued acoustic remakes of songs from “Now is Not Forever”.

“It’s amazing when God truly gives someone a gift,” says Gotee label founder tobyMac. “Brian is just naturally gifted from God vocally and his lyrics, when they hit tape, they sort of just ease into your heart.”
Brian speaks the relevant dialect of today’s culture, with a hope to address today’s real issues. “My number one passion is to connect with people, to entertain them, to stir up emotion in them, and to challenge them by sharing life from a different perspective. There is something we’re all yearning for. I’m just trying to help direct our attention to it, and music is the most powerful way I know how.”
