|You may return most items sold by hearitfirst.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. See the sections below for more detail.
hearitfirst.com will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items unless, you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
Gifts: If the item you're returning was not designated as a gift when purchased or if it was not shipped directly to you from Hearitfirst.com, please note that the refund will be issued to the gift giver, or party that paid for the item.
Returning Music CDs CDs, music cassettes, and vinyl records purchased from hearitfirst.com are easily returned to Hearitfirst.com within 30 days of receipt of shipment. These items must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.
Returning DVDs DVDs purchased from hearitfirst.com are easily returned to hearitfirst.com within 30 days of receipt of shipment. These items must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.
Returning Electronics Electronics [such as Singing Machine(r) brand Karaoke machines] purchased from hearitfirst.com are easily returned to us within 30 days of receipt of shipment. These items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. We cannot accept returns of products missing the serial number or UPC; we will not issue refunds for such items.
To return product, simply complete the "Return/Exchange Product" form which accompanied your shipment and enclose with the product you are returning along with a copy of your invoice. Mail the above items to the address indicated on the "Return/Exchange Product" form for a full refund. When returning product, please consider insuring the shipment as Hearitfirst.com is not responsible for lost shipments.

Defective or Damaged Product Refunds will not be available on defective CD's or DVD's. In the event that you receive a defective product, simply return the item(s) using the "Return/Exchange Product" form and hearitfirst.com will replace the item with a good copy of the original title(s) purchased.
